Screenwriter, Creative and Director

Brighton-based writer and director Will brings a wealth of award-winning experience across TV, web, and film. Spanning drama and comedy for the BBC, Channel 4, and Huffington Post, his versatility extends to his role as a Creative Director for global agencies, serving clients like UNICEF and Mercedes Formula 1. Will’s portfolio features the acclaimed music documentary SOUTH COAST and the Neo-Noir thriller CONCRETE PLANS, starring James Lance and Amber Rose Revah. Currently streaming on Sky and Film4, his work consistently blends cinematic grit with high-level commercial storytelling.

Born in Blackpool, Luke brings grit, warmth and a sharp eye for the extraordinary in everyday moments. A versatile commercial director, he specialises in cinematic films for premium automotive and sports brands, combining scale with human storytelling. His work includes campaigns for McLaren, Alpine, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes‑AMG, Bentley, Range Rover, Jaguar, Hyundai, Coca‑Cola, Liverpool FC and Manchester United.

DOMINIC O'RIORDAN

Film Director and Photographer

Dominic O’Riordan is a freelance film director specialising in performance-led comedy, sport and scripted fashion films, and is experienced directing high-profile talent. London-based, he has shot globally from Los Angeles and New York to Tokyo, Sydney and Dubai. He began as a self-shooting documentary director and remains passionate about stills. Awards include a yellow D&AD Pencil and a Silver Promax (Channel 4’s ‘Meet the Superhumans’), plus IMVA and Toronto AF Festival wins. Clients include Guinness, BAFTA, EE, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Nike, Mercedes and Sony.

Commercial Director, Performance and Cinematic Craft

For Rob Sanders, the strongest commercials come from honest, natural performances captured with stunning photography. He has directed more than 100 commercials for clients including BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Emirates, Guinness, Audi, British Airways, American Airlines, Airbus, Stella Artois, Orange, Vodafone and Renault. Rob began directing in 1994 and has earned major accolades, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, Cannes Gold and Silver awards, and multiple BTAA, D&AD Gold and Clio wins.
